What we collect
- When you book or ask for an estimate: your name, phone number, email, service address, vehicle details, and any notes you write.
- When you call or text us: your phone number and the content of the conversation.
- Basic technical data your browser sends (such as device type and pages visited), used to keep the site working.
How we use it
- To schedule and carry out your detail, and to send booking confirmations, reminders, and changes by email or text.
- To let you reschedule or cancel with your private booking link.
- To answer your questions and improve our service.
We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
Who sees it
Only our small team sees your booking details, including the crew member assigned to your job, who needs your address and vehicle info. We use trusted service providers to run the site, store bookings, and deliver email and text messages. They process data only to provide those services.
Text messages
If you give us your phone number, we may text you about your booking (confirmation, reminders, arrival, changes). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help. We never share phone numbers with third parties for their marketing.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep booking records as long as needed to serve you and meet tax and legal needs. To see or delete your information, email hello@sheenpdx.com.
Security
The site uses encryption (HTTPS) and access to booking data is limited to our team. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
