Last updated September 21, 2026. By booking with Sheen Mobile Auto Detailing you agree to these terms.

Pricing

Prices shown are starting prices. The final price depends on your vehicle’s size and condition (for example heavy pet hair, stains, or mud) and will be confirmed with you before work begins if it differs from your estimate.

Where we work

We come to you. Please make sure we can park close to your vehicle and, for interior work, that the vehicle is unlocked and free of valuables. We may need access to a water source and standard power outlet; tell us if you don’t have them and we will bring what we need where possible.

Rescheduling and cancelling

You can change or cancel your booking any time with the private link in your confirmation. Please give as much notice as you can so we can offer the time to someone else. If we arrive and cannot access your vehicle, we may charge a trip fee.

Weather

We may reschedule for unsafe weather. We will contact you as early as possible to find a new time at no charge.

Our work and your vehicle

We take great care with every vehicle. Detailing can’t reverse existing damage such as deep scratches, paint that has faded in the sun or is failing, or permanent stains, and results depend on the vehicle’s condition. Please tell us about any known damage beforehand. If you are not happy with the result, contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right.

We are not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle or for damage or wear that was already there.

Payment

Payment is due when the work is complete, using the methods we tell you about at booking.
