Questions
- Do you charge extra to come to Tigard, Tualatin or Wilsonville?
- No. All of them have the same prices as Portland, with no travel fee.
- Can you detail my car at my apartment in Tigard, Tualatin or Wilsonville?
- Text us first at (971) 316-5552. We need an outdoor tap and an outlet near the car, and apartment lots often don't have them, so we check with you before you book.
- Do I need to be home?
- No. Leave the car where we can park next to it, unlocked if we're doing the inside. We let you know when we're on our way and when it's done.
- What if it rains?
- We move your detail to another day at no charge. Interior work can still happen under cover, like a garage or carport.
- How do I pay?
- When it's done: card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, cash or check. No deposit, and we confirm the exact price before we begin.
