About 1½ to 3 hours for an exterior detail, 2½ to 4 hours for an interior detail, and 3½ to 6½ hours for an Inside & out bundle. Each package shows its time when you book.
No. Leave the car where we can park next to it, unlocked if we're doing the inside. We let you know when we're on our way and when it's done.
When it's done: card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, cash or check. No deposit, and we confirm the exact price before we begin.
Prices shown are starting prices. We confirm your exact price, based on your vehicle's size and condition, before we begin. No surprises on the day.
Yes. New customers get 10% off their first Inside & out bundle. If a Sheen customer sent you, you get $30 off your first bundle and they get a $30 credit. Two or more vehicles done the same day at the same address or on the same block save up to 20% each, and the Keep-Clean Plan makes regular visits cheaper. One discount per booking; our Terms have the details.
We move your detail to another day at no charge. Interior work can still happen under cover, like a garage or carport.
